Report a transfer of ownership of an apartment or parking space

New shareholders must apply for registration of their ownership with the National Land Survey of Finland, which is now responsible for maintaining the share registers.

New shareholder: Send a copy of the deed of sale to the property management office and fill in the other necessary information on the form below to ensure that fees and other payments are always collected from the correct shareholder.
