Take care of housing-related matters quickly and easily. Whether you need a key, a renovation permit, a parking space, a sauna reservation, or want to ask about a bill you have received, you can do so using the electronic form. You can find the forms below. You will always receive confirmation that your order or notification has been received and processed, so you can stay up to date.
We are available by phone on weekdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 010 339 0533 (local call rate). The details of your housing company’s maintenance company can be found on the front door or notice board. Contact maintenance if, for example, your toilet is leaking or you have other similar issues that require repair.
Order a document
Do you need a property manager certificate, a loan share calculation or another official document? Order the documents electronically. We will deliver them to you quickly and securely.
Order a key
Have you lost your key or do you need an extra key? You can order a new key for your apartment or common areas. Ordering keys usually requires the owner’s permission.
Report a renovation
Are you planning a surface renovation, bathroom renovation or something else? Report it well in advance before starting the work. We will check whether the work requires a permit and provide the necessary instructions.
Invoice query
Is there something unclear about your invoice or do you want more information? Send us your question and we will review the situation. All billing matters are treated confidentially.
Reserve/Cancel a Parking Space or Sauna Session
Do you need a parking space or want a sauna time? You can easily book or cancel your parking space or sauna time using the online form. We will contact you as soon as possible.
Changes in fees and usage charges
You can report changes to the payment of fees or charges to ensure that your billing remains accurate and up-to-date.
Provide your account number
You can provide your account number for a possible refund of your utility bill or water bill. The information is stored securely and will only be used to pay the refund.
Transfer of ownership of an apartment/parking space
Apply for registration of ownership from the National Land Survey of Finland, but provide the property management office with a copy of the deed of sale and information about the transfer of ownership to ensure that fees and other payments are always collected from the correct shareholder.
Submit a redemption request
If your shares have a redemption right, you can submit a redemption request through this link. We will ensure that the process proceeds in accordance with the Articles of Association and in a timely manner.
Proxy/advance position for the general meeting
If you are unable to attend the general meeting in person, you can easily provide a proxy or advance statement using an electronic form. This ensures that your opinion and vote are taken into account in the decision-making process.
Resident survey response
You can easily return your answers to the housing company’s resident survey here. Your answers will be treated confidentially.
Submit an expense receipt
You can submit receipts and expense receipts directly through this form, for example for government expense reimbursements. The information will be treated confidentially.
