Additional services we offer to our housing association customers

Shareholder changes

The information to be transferred to the national Apartment Information System is stipulated by law, and the transfer of information related to shareholder changes and the systems that maintain it also generate measures for housing companies. The processing of permits for shareholder changes by the housing company ensures that the required information is properly entered into the National Land Survey's systems.

Playground safety inspection

We offer our housing association customers the opportunity to have their housing association's playground inspected and safety documentation prepared through us.

Fire alarm and apartment inspection services

In addition to purchasing fire alarms, we offer an apartment inspection service that checks various factors affecting residential safety and comfort.

Wet room inspection

Regular inspection of wet rooms is the best way to prevent potentially costly moisture damage and water damage.

Digitization of paper files

With digitization, valuable and important documents are now more widely and quickly available electronically.

Articles of association analysis and updates

Comprehensive and up-to-date articles of association clarify and facilitate the management of the company and reduce the risk of disputes between the housing company and its shareholders. The analysis and updating of the articles of association is handled by a Fluxion lawyer specializing in the Housing Companies Act.

Geothermal energy survey

A geothermal survey assesses the suitability of the housing company and plot for switching to geothermal energy.

Preparation for the acquisition of electric vehicle charging stations

The procurement preparation process involves determining the housing company's current electric vehicle charging capacity and mapping residents' near-term needs for electric vehicle charging.

Preparation of energy certificates

Update or obtain an appropriate energy certificate for the housing company, as required by law. An energy certificate is required for renting and selling apartments, among other things. The energy certificate indicates the standardized heat consumption.

Electronic KPTS and repair plan

The service includes transferring the board's maintenance needs assessment (KPTS) to an electronic platform and drawing up a repair plan after a property inspection.

Maintenance round

The annual inspection provides much-needed additional information for the housing company: typically, immediate repair of minor defects and faults is more cost-effective than allowing the premises to deteriorate and carrying out major renovations at regular intervals.
